I specialise is supporting children aged 5 months - 24 months although have support families with older babies also aged up to 5 years.

Q. Do you use cry-it-out methods?

No. My approach is gentle and responsive. I’ll work with you to create a plan that prioritises connection and consistency — with no pressure, no rigid routines, and no crying-it-out.

Q. How soon will I see results?

Most families see improvements within a few days. With up to 3 weeks of unlimited support, we adjust as needed to make it sustainable for your family and your schedule.

Q. How long does the support last?

Depending on the package you choose, you’ll receive up to 3 weeks of unlimited support via WhatsApp or email. This includes regular check-ins, personalised support and help adapting the plan if things change along the way. Video calls can be arranged during the support period if required also.

Q. Can I still work with you if I’m breastfeeding or co-sleeping?

Yes — absolutely. I tailor my approach to your family’s sleep setup, whether that includes breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, combination feeding, room-sharing, or co-sleeping. We’ll build a plan that feels safe, respectful, and aligned with your choices.

Absolutely. Whether you’re on maternity leave or not planning your return just yet, now is an ideal time to get support with your little one’s sleep. The earlier we lay strong sleep foundations, the more confident and rested you’ll feel - both as a parent and when the time comes to juggle work again, if that is something you are planning on doing. Many families I work with choose to get support before returning to work so the can focus on their career and home life with clarity and energy.
