About Me
Hi I’m Rachelle, certified Sleep Coach and founder of The Sleep Diaries. As a mum of two, I know exactly what it’s like to feel the weight of sleepless nights. I’ve been in your shoes - endless patting and 2am Googling my way through those multiple wake ups.
Before starting The Sleep Diaries, I spent over 15 years working in coaching, wellbeing, and people development, supporting individuals and teams through periods of change, pressure, and transition. Now, I use that same expertise to support parents who are either on maternity leave or juggling work alongside the challenges of sleepless nights.
I believe in gentle, responsive methods that truly make a difference. I’m not here to give you a “one-size-fits-all” plan or suggest any cry-it-out techniques. I know what works — and what doesn’t — and I also know that better sleep isn’t just for your child — it’s for you too. Parents deserve rest, and I’m here to help make that happen, step by step.
