Hello I'm Rachelle...
...(pronounced Rachel just in case you're wondering). Certified infant & toddler sleep coach, mum of two, and founder of The Sleep Diaries.
I help exhausted parents reclaim restful nights without sacrificing their parenthood values or career.
My Story
Before starting The Sleep Diaries, I spent over 15 years working in coaching, wellbeing, and people development, supporting individuals, leaders and businesses through periods of change, pressure, and transition. My work has always been rooted in helping people feel more empowered, supported, and emotionally well — even during their most challenging seasons.
When I became a parent, I faced something unexpected, but a universal problem: the deep fatigue of sleepless nights, and the dread of heading into work the next day. Not only was I struggling with my little one’s sleep whilst trying to navigate my way back into the workplace, unfortunately my manager at the time also didn’t understand the challenges I was facing at the time, which made getting the support I really needed a whole lot harder.
What I soon came to realise is that I also wasn’t the only one, and that many other parents, just like you, were trying to balance their careers with surviving on little sleep. This is why I decided to train as a baby and toddler sleep specialist and combine that with my years of expertise in employee wellbeing and development so as to help others regain their sleep and show up at home and at work as their best self.
Since then I have supported working parents regain their families sleep using gentle, responsive solutions… no rigid routines, no cry-it-out. Just personalised, evidence-based support that meets your child’s needs and works with your life.
Why I’m here for you:
I’ve been where you are. Multiple night wakings plus morning work routines, the overwhelm is real. I know the emotional, mental and physical cost.
I speak “work”. I get employer pressures, meetings, performance metrics - and how lost we feel when sleep disappears but deadlines don’t.
You shouldn’t have to choose between your family, your career and your wellbeing. I can help you have both.
What I believe:
Sleep shouldn’t feel like a battle.
No two families are the same—your plan should reflect that.
You don’t need more “shoulds.” You need sleep.
And most of all—you’re not doing anything wrong.
What you'll get with me:
A judgment-free space (seriously, I’ve heard and lived it all)
Approaches that are evidence-informed and adaptable to real life
Tools to help you feel more prepared for the emotional and practical shift of returning to work.
Whatsapp/email support and reassurances so no nights feels like a dead end.
Improved sleep for you and your family.
Better focus, more clarity and the energy to your full self to both your little one and your career.
If broken nights are making you feel anxious about your return to work, I’m here to guide you with calm, clarity, and support that actually works.
Ready to bridge the gap? Let’s write a better chapter in your sleep story.
XOXO
