Frequently Asked Questions
Q. What ages do you work with?
I support families with babies and toddlers aged 5 months to 5 years. This age range is ideal for introducing gentle sleep changes that are respectful, effective, and developmentally appropriate.
Q. Do you use cry-it-out methods?
No. My approach is gentle and responsive. I’ll work with you to create a plan that prioritises connection and consistency — with no pressure, no rigid routines, and no crying-it-out.
Q. How soon will I see results?
Most families see improvements within a few days. With up to 3 weeks of unlimited support, we adjust as needed to make it sustainable for your family and your schedule.
Q. How long does the support last?
Depending on the package you choose, you’ll receive up to 3 weeks of unlimited support via WhatsApp or email. This includes regular check-ins, personalised support and help adapting the plan if things change along the way. Video calls can be arranged during the support period if required also.
Q. Can I still work with you if I’m breastfeeding or co-sleeping?
Yes — absolutely. I tailor my approach to your family’s sleep setup, whether that includes breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, combination feeding, room-sharing, or co-sleeping. We’ll build a plan that feels safe, respectful, and aligned with your choices.
Q. Do you offer support for parents returning to work?
Yes! I specialise in supporting maternity leave and working parents. With 15+ years experience in employee wellbeing, I can guide you on managing sleep while preparing for your return, and help you understand what support may be available to you so as you can hold constructive conversations with your employer.
Q. I’m already back at work, is it too late?
Not at all! Many clients are already juggling work and parenting. I’ll help you integrate sleep support into your busy schedule without adding extra pressure.
Q. Do you work with both parents?
Yes. I encourage both parents or caregivers to be involved where possible, so everyone feels confident and support.
