Step 1. Free Intro Chat.
We’ll start with a friendly 15 minute call to get to know each other, understand you current sleep situation and talk through your sleep goals.
Step 2. Sleep Diary Review.
If we decide to move forward, then you would complete a sleep diary over a 3/4 day period, giving me a full picture of your child’s current sleep patterns, challenges and routines.
Step 3: 1 Hour Video/Telephone Consultation.
We’ll dive into your sleep goals and explore what’s happening right now and how to fix those sleep challenges along with other sleep fundmentals to ensure you feel clear and confident.
Step 4: Personalised Sleep Plan.
You’ll receive a tailored plan based on you’re child’s unique needs. No rigid routines, just gentle, evidence based strategies that work.
Step 5: Unlimited Support
You’re not doing this alone. I’ll be there to support you throughout, offering unlimited support throughout your selected support period to guide, adjust and encourage you every step of the way.
